2. Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your Felicloud account.

3. Check Your Email

We'll send you an email with a password reset link. Check your inbox (and spam folder).

4. Click the Reset Link

Click the link in the email. It's valid for 24 hours.

5. Create New Password

Enter your new password twice to confirm. Choose a strong password.

Good to knowIf you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or try again.

Password Requirements

For security, your password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include at least one uppercase letter
  • Include at least one lowercase letter
  • Include at least one number

Strong Password Tips

  • Use a passphrase (e.g., "correct-horse-battery-staple")
  • Don't use personal information (birthdays, names)
  • Don't reuse passwords from other sites
  • Consider using a password manager

Change Password (When Logged In)

If you're already logged in and want to change your password:

1. Go to Security Settings

Click your profile icon → Settings → Security.

2. Find Password Section

Look for "Change password" in the security settings.

3. Enter Current Password

Enter your current password to verify your identity.

4. Enter New Password

Enter your new password twice and click "Change password".

TipAfter changing your password, you'll need to log in again on all your devices.

Account Locked

If you see "Account locked" after too many failed login attempts:

What to Do

  1. Wait 15-30 minutes for the lockout to expire
  2. Use the password reset function to set a new password
  3. If still locked, contact support
Good to knowAccount lockouts protect you from brute-force attacks. They automatically expire after a short period.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you have 2FA enabled:

Have Your Authenticator?

After resetting your password, you'll still need your authenticator app or backup codes to log in.

Lost Your Authenticator?

Use one of your backup codes to log in. If you don't have backup codes, contact support with identity verification.

Email Not Arriving

If you're not receiving the reset email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Search for emails from "felicloud.com"
  • Verify you're using the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Add [email protected] to your contacts
WarningIf you no longer have access to your registered email address, you'll need to contact support with identity verification.

After Password Reset

After resetting your password:

  • All sessions end: You'll be logged out everywhere
  • Update devices: Enter your new password on desktop and mobile apps
  • Update app passwords: Third-party apps may need new app passwords
  • Review security: Check for unfamiliar devices in your security settings
TipConsider enabling Two-Factor Authentication after resetting your password for added security.

Prevent Future Issues

Use a Password Manager

Password managers like Bitwarden, 1Password, or KeePass securely store all your passwords.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Even if someone gets your password, they can't log in without your second factor.

Save Backup Codes

When you enable 2FA, save the backup codes in a secure place (like a password manager).

Keep Email Updated

Make sure you always have access to the email address on your account.

Contact Support
