About two-way seeding / drive return
By default, this is not a two-way service.
Customer-supplied drives are typically not returned and may be securely destroyed after successful data ingestion. This ensures chain of custody integrity, minimizes handling liability, and maintains GDPR compliance.
Alternative arrangements may be possible in specific cases. Please discuss your requirements with Support during the approval process.
