Overview
Felicloud offers multiple ways to integrate with other apps and automate your workflow:
WebDAV
Standard protocol for file access. Works with many apps and operating systems.
CalDAV / CardDAV
Sync calendars and contacts with any compatible app.
Share Links
Direct download links for embedding and automation.
Third-Party Apps
Many apps have built-in Nextcloud/WebDAV support.

App Passwords
For integrations, we recommend using app-specific passwords:
1. Go to Security Settings
Log in at cloud.felicloud.com → Settings → Security.
2. Create App Password
Scroll to "Devices & sessions" → Enter a name for the app → Click "Create new app password".
3. Copy and Save
Copy the generated password immediately - it won't be shown again.

Create direct download links for automation and embedding:
1. Share the File
Create a public share link for the file or folder.
2. Get Direct Link
Add /download to the share URL:

Command Line (rclone)
Use rclone for powerful command-line access:
1. Install rclone
Download from rclone.org
2. Configure Remote
Run rclone config and set up:
Type: webdav
URL: https://cloud.felicloud.com/remote.php/dav/files/USERNAME/
Vendor: nextcloud
User: your-username
Pass: your-app-password
3. Use Commands
Common rclone commands:

Mobile App Integration
Many mobile apps support Nextcloud/WebDAV as a storage backend:
- Document scanners: Scan directly to Felicloud
- Note apps: Sync notes via WebDAV
- PDF readers: Open files directly from cloud
- Music players: Stream from WebDAV
Security Best Practices
Use App Passwords
Create unique app passwords for each integration. Never use your main password in scripts.
Limit Permissions
When sharing for automation, use read-only access unless write is needed.
Set Expiration
For temporary integrations, set expiration dates on share links.
Monitor Access
Regularly review connected devices and revoke unused app passwords.
