Installing Desktop and Mobile Apps

Download and install Felicloud apps on all your devices for automatic file synchronization and easy access to your cloud storage.

Available Apps

Felicloud offers native apps for all major platforms, powered by the trusted Nextcloud client:

Desktop

  • Windows 10/11
  • macOS 10.14+
  • Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.)

Mobile

  • iOS 15.0+ (iPhone & iPad)
  • Android 8.0+

Installing the Desktop App

Windows

1. Download the Installer

Go to our Download page and click on "Download for Windows" to get the latest installer.

2. Run the Installer

Double-click the downloaded .msi file and follow the installation wizard. Accept the default settings unless you have specific preferences.

3. Connect Your Account

After installation, the app will launch. Enter the server address:

https://cloud.felicloud.com

Then log in with your Felicloud email and password.

macOS

1. Download from Our Website

Visit our Download page and click "Download for macOS" to get the .pkg file.

2. Install the App

Open the downloaded .pkg file and follow the installer steps. The Nextcloud app is installed in your Applications folder.

3. Grant Permissions

On first launch, macOS may ask for permissions. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security to allow the app to access your files.

Linux

1. Install via Package Manager

For Ubuntu/Debian:

sudo apt install nextcloud-desktop

For Fedora:

sudo dnf install nextcloud-client

Or use the AppImage from our download page for any distribution.

Installing Mobile Apps

iOS (iPhone & iPad)

1. Download from App Store

Open the App Store and search for "Nextcloud" or visit the direct link from ourDownload page.

2. Add Your Account

Open the app and tap "Log in". Enter the server address:

https://cloud.felicloud.com

3. Enable Auto Upload (Optional)

Go to Settings → Auto Upload to automatically back up your photos and videos to Felicloud.

Android

1. Download from Play Store

Open Google Play Store and search for "Nextcloud" or use the direct link from our download page.

2. Configure the App

Tap "Log in" and enter the server address https://cloud.felicloud.com, then authenticate with your credentials.

3. Set Up Auto Upload

Enable automatic photo backup in Settings → Auto upload. You can choose which folders to sync.

TipThe mobile apps work offline too! Files you've marked as "Available offline" can be accessed without an internet connection.

Server Connection Details

When setting up any app, use these connection details:

Server:https://cloud.felicloud.com
Username:[email protected]
Password:Your account password

Troubleshooting

Can't connect to server?

Make sure you're using https:// (not http://) and check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try restarting the app.

Login failed?

Verify your email and password are correct. If you've enabled two-factor authentication, you may need to create an app password in your account settings.

Sync not working?

Check that you have enough storage space both locally and in the cloud. Also ensure the app has the necessary permissions to access your files.
