Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Felicloud Ambassador Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have an active Felicloud account in good standing
• Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process for payout eligibility
• Not be employed by or affiliated with a competitor of Felicloud
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Program Benefits

As an Ambassador, you will receive:

• A unique referral code and link to share with potential customers
• Commission payments for each validated referral (rates vary by tier)
• Bonus storage space for validated referrals
• Tier upgrades based on your referral performance

4. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase. The commission rates are:

• Member Tier: 20EUR per validated referral + 50GB storage bonus
• Bronze Tier: 25EUR per validated referral + 50GB storage bonus
• Silver Tier: 28EUR per validated referral + 50GB storage bonus
• Gold Tier: 30EUR per validated referral + 50GB storage bonus

A referral is considered "validated" after a 60-day holding period during which the referred customer maintains their subscription and does not request a refund. This validation period helps ensure the quality and legitimacy of referrals.

5. Payout Terms

To receive payouts:

• You must complete KYC verification
• Minimum payout threshold is 50EUR
• Payouts are processed via bank transfer to your verified account
• Payout requests are reviewed and processed within 14 business days
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals or referring accounts you control
• Using paid advertising that includes "Felicloud" in ad text or keywords without approval
• Spamming or unsolicited messaging to promote your referral link
• Making false or misleading claims about Felicloud services
• Creating fake accounts to generate referrals
• Any form of fraud or manipulation of the referral system
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Termination

Felicloud reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time
• Withhold or forfeit commissions if fraud or Terms violations are detected
• Modify or discontinue the Program at any time with reasonable notice

You may voluntarily leave the Program at any time by submitting a removal request through your dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

You may use Felicloud's name, logo, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting your referral link. You may not modify these materials or use them in a way that could damage Felicloud's reputation.

9. Privacy and Data

Your participation in the Program is subject to Felicloud's Privacy Policy. We collect and process your personal data (including KYC information) to manage the Program and process payments. Referral data is anonymized - you will not have access to your referrals' personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

Felicloud's liability under this Program is limited to the payment of validated commissions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

11. Modifications

Felicloud may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through your dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
